Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Do I have to register to be part of the class action?

Registration is not a mandatory condition for joining the class action. However, it allows us to communicate with group members and keep them informed of important developments in the file. Also, registration allows us to better establish the case against the defendants.

How can I register?

To register, complete the form available on the Perrier Avocats website.

I made a mistake when filling out the form, what can I do?

If so, please contact us by email (rpf@perrieravocats.com) and we will make the necessary corrections.

Does registration for the class action involve costs?

Members of the class action do not have to advance money as part of a class action.

Class counsel generally accept to be remunerated only on success and according to a percentage agreed in advance with the representative. This percentage will be the same for all members.

The amount of these fees must be approved by the court, which must ensure that it is fair and reasonable.
